The example shown here is of a flat tiled roof in Huddersfield that received a pressure wash treatment to remove the moss and biolfilm to bring the tiles back to their original colour.

In the final picture you can see the biocide chemical application being applied to inhibit regrowth of further moss and biofilm.

The work was performed safely from scaffold towers without climbing on the roof and potentially cracking/damaging tiles.
Case Study 2

The second example was of a more fragile tile which was more suited to a manual scrape. Instead of using a pressure washer, the moss is scraped free of the tiles using profiles blades which are matched exactly to the tile.
The second picture shows the quality of the roof post scraping and the final picture shows the important biocide application to inhibit moss regrowth.
